Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Orders are shipped in sober boxes, with no trace of origin from sextoyenligne.com. The sender who appears on the package is HAPPYPAY SARL

Payment by credit card will appear on your statement under the reference TWOPAY.fr. Payment by PayPal will appear on your statement under the reference HAPPYPAY SARL.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with your order or have you changed your mind? Sextoyenligne gives you the possibility to return your order and thus obtain an exchange or a refund, within 14 days. This period starts from the day of receipt of your order. Before any return, please contact our customer service by e-mail or via our Contact form :)

To proceed with the return of your order, follow the steps below:

Connect to your account Go to the "History and details of my orders" section

Click on the "Details" tab on the order concerned by the return

Further down the page, go to the "RETURN OF GOODS" section

Select the item (s) you wish to return and specify the reason for return in the text box provided for this purpose

Validate, by clicking on the button "SEND AN ARTICLE"

The item (s) concerned will be automatically added to the “Product returns” section. You can return to this section at any time in "My account - Product returns" to see all your requests for product returns.

Wait until the return request is validated by our team

Once validated by our team, you can download the return form on the order concerned (“Product returns” section)

Print the order form and place it in your package

Return the package to the following address: HAPPYPAY - 2 RUE DU GRAND DÉRANGEMENT - 56800 PLOERMEL

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will send you the desired item in exchange or refund of your order.

The cost of returning the product is YOUR load.

Sextoys products or other products in contact with the skin must under no circumstances have been used, and must be returned in their original packaging unopened. If these have a seal, it must still be blank.

Lingerie products must not have been worn (fitting is tolerated except for underwear) and must be returned to us suitably returned in their original packaging.
